Vietnam Taxi Company or "Vinataxi", was established since 8 October 1992. The Joint-Venture Company was formed between TRACODI (under Ministry of Transport, Vietnam) and ComfortDelgro Corporation Limited, Singapore. To date, Vinataxi operates a fleet of over 800 taxis covering almost all districts in Ho Chi Minh city and some areas such as Dong Nai, Binh Duong, Long An, Cu Chi.

In 1999, Vinataxi launched a Corporate Card Service aimed at providing a more comprehensive range of services to its customers. The service not only offers credit payment and but also gives the added convenience of a consolidated monthly bill. On top of that, the service allows our clients to better manage their personal or company transport expenses.

Being one of the biggest and most important departments in Vinataxi, the Operations Department is responsible for selecting only the best drivers in the industry. The department also manages the conduct of drivers, monitors the standard of customer service and ensures cleanliness in all our taxis.

Drivers are required to adhere strictly to a Code of Conduct based on a merit/de-merit points system. This will help ensure that our drivers provide quality service to all commuters.
