Here are some tips when you travel in Vinataxi.
DO

	Flag for the taxi in advance.
	Wait for a taxi at a safe distance from the road.
	Wait for the taxi to come to a complete stop before boarding it.
	Buckle your seat belt.
	Tell cabby your preferred route.
	Inform the cabby of multiple destinations at the start of the journey.
	Ask the cabby to adjust the air-con temperature if it’s too hot or too cold.
	Request for the cabby to play some music if desired.
	Keep wet marketing tightly-wrapped and stored in the taxi boot for the comfort of other passengers.
	Ask the cabby for help with bulky items if the needs arises. He will be pleased to assist.
	Cage up your pet.
	Inform cabby in advance if you only have large notes with you.
	Ask cabby to fetch you to a convenient retail outlet or petrol kiosk to break your note if cabby does not have.
	Ask for a receipt at the end of your trip if you need to make a transport claim or verify your fare.
	Check if you have left anything behind before alighting.

DON'T

	Flag taxis along bus lanes as taxis are not allowed to stop at bus lanes.
	Flag taxis at traffic light junctions as it endangers yourself and other motorists.
	Flag the taxi at the last minute for your own safety.
	Eat and drink in cabs.
	Litter the taxi.
	Smoke in the taxi.
	Vandalise the taxi.
